This section is dedicated to helping our current and prospective clients keep up with the latest happenings at FINDitKC.  We are always finding new and fun ways to use your video, as well as creating new services to provide to businesses in Kansas City.  We do more than just teach our clients how to use their video in our Third Thursday class every month at our office (6:30 pm, 8833 Bond Street, Overland Park, KS 66214). So here it is…

New Partnership – Lantern Software

We would like to announce our partnership with Lantern Software. They offer a new take on daily deals that puts the business in the driver’s seat. Instead of paying 50% of everything to companies like Groupon or LivingSocial, leaving you struggling to pay the bills, you pay just $1 per redemption. You control the deal 100%, from when it runs and number of deals available, to turning it off if demand is too high. At this point, all Lantern clients will have a button on their page linking to the app, but in the future, people will also be able to push and redeem Lantern deals via FINDitKC.com, giving thousands the chance to save, and business the chance to attract new customers.

NightlifeKC and NightlifeKC TV

All FINDitKC clients now have the opportunity to have a cropped version (approximately 15 seconds) of their FINDit video playing on NightlifeKC’s TV screens! NightlifeKC TV screens are placed strategically to capture an audience that is strongly influenced to watch and enjoy the content. In addition, this placement enjoys a high frequency of visitation. 70 screens run ads every day at 19 locations across the Metro. (Ever seen the TV screens in the bathroom at your favorite bar? Exactly!) Each location plays your spot once every 7-10 minutes all day every day (that’s ~100,000 individual spots per month!). ALSO, in addition to TV spots, NightlifeKC.com offers video listings on their website as well! You can have the full-length version of your FINDitKC overview video on the NightlifeKC website, expanding your reach to key demographics. Video on the Radio – it’s possible!

How would you like to get your video an additional 1,000 views in one month through the radio?  That’s right, through the radio.  We are working with a radio company that oversees radio stations such as 610am Sports, 98.1 KMBZ, 98.9 The Rock and 96.5 The Buzz.  When you visit their website, you have the option to listen live through a stream.  Once you click one of the stations you want to listen to, it will show a 15 second pre-roll before the live stream of radio begins.  This could be your video as the pre-roll!  Contact Us to find out more, and click the video below to view an example of what the pre-roll could look like:

Have a New Service or Product you want to show to clients?

If you are anything like us, you likely attend many networking events and forget half the faces and names you meet.  If you have a Video Business Card (VBC), your problem is solved!  By having a VBC created through FINDitKC, a short video of you is created and attached to your printed business cards via a QR Code.  This way, when you hand out dozens of your business cards to people you meet at every networking event, they are left with a card they can scan and watch. Free Promotional Business Cards!!!

Has that four letter word caught your attention yet?!  When you sign on to have a video created by us, we include free promotional business cards to showcase your new video for your business.  Some of you may have already received your cards, but if you have not, please email Miles at mcombs@finditkc.com or Dori at dtate@finditkc.com.  These cards are a great to hand out to current and prospective clients, and are fantastic for networking events.  The front of the card has your information, and the back has the QR code directly linked to your video.  Oh yeah, did I mention the first 500 are FREE!  See below to see an example of one we have created:
